Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and serve and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification (vehicle weighing >10,000 lbs.)
• At least 21 years of age
• High School diploma, GED or military service
• Strong customer service orientation with self‑motivation and teamwork
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit
