One Touch Direct is looking for enthusiastic Inside Sales Representatives to join our vibrant team. As a leading provider of contact center solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and their customers. In this role, you will utilize your sales skills to connect with customers, present products and services, and ultimately close sales.

• Engage customers through calls and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

• Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to conduct warm calling and outbound calling effectively.
• Strong business development skills with an understanding of market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients professionally.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proven experience in sales, especially in an inside sales or call center environment.
