Capital Vacations is hiring motivated, competitive Sales Representatives to join our Apex Award-winning Frontline Sales Team in Cocoa Beach.

We're looking for proven sales talent, strong personalities, and coachable professionals who want to build a high-income sales career.

Whether you already have vacation ownership experience or you're coming from real estate, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, home improvement, or another sales environment, we provide the training, technology, coaching, and qualified guest presentations to help you succeed.

Top commission level achieved at $130,000 in monthly new-owner volume

Our training program combines structured new-hire training, hands-on coaching, product education, real-world sales practice, and technology designed to help new associates develop quickly.

As a Frontline Sales Representative, you'll meet with qualified guests visiting our Cocoa Beach resort and introduce them to Capital Vacations.

You’ll identify guests' vacation needs, deliver engaging vacation ownership presentations, build value, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Professional, customer-focused approach
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

• Commission-based sales experience
• Vacation ownership or timeshare sales experience
• Automotive, real estate, luxury retail, hospitality, home improvement, or other high-ticket sales experience
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Paid training and ongoing professional development
