What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a network of reliable carrier partners who actually answer the phone.
- Negotiate rates that protect margins and win freight.
- Track loads from pickup to delivery, handling exceptions like a pro.
- Work side-by-side with Account Managers to keep customers happy and freight moving.
- Use our TMS to keep everything tracked, documented, and squeaky clean.
- Solve problems before they become fires, and put out the ones that slip through.
What Success Looks Like
- Loads covered. On time. Every time.
- A carrier book that’s deep, reliable, and ready to roll.
- Strong margins without cutting corners on service.
- The ops team trusts you to handle whatever comes next.
What You Bring
- 0-3 years in carrier sales, freight brokerage, or logistics.
- Negotiation skills that would make a used car dealer jealous.
- You thrive in chaos and actually enjoy the pace.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and you don’t let things slip.
- Comfortable with TMS platforms and standard logistics tech.
