Taylor White's Consulting line is seeking a Business Development professional to build new client relationships with accounting and finance leaders and expand our presence across the Finance and Accounting community. In this role, you will actively network, cultivate strategic partnerships, and identify opportunities where our consulting expertise can solve real client challenges. You will own the full relationship from first conversation through engagement, serving as a trusted advisor who connects the right talent and solutions to the right clients.

• Build and expand client relationships through strategic outreach, networking, and consultative engagement.
• Lead client discovery meetings to assess needs and align consulting resources.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Advise clients on market trends, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
• Represent Taylor White at industry events and networking functions.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive long-term engagement and revenue growth.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal best practices.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in a business development role specifically in the accounting and finance space, either in a staffing agency or accounting consulting organization required.
• Proven track record of accomplishing aggressive goals.
• Strong communicator with a passion for building relationships.
• Consultative mindset with a drive to create value for clients.
• Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
• Self-starter with high initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
