Elite Insurance Partners (EIP) is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Wealth Advisor to join our growing Wealth division in Tampa, FL.

This is an opportunity for an accomplished financial services professional who specializes in retirement income strategies, annuity solutions, and helping clients achieve long-term financial security.

Unlike traditional advisory roles that require building a book of business from scratch, EIP provides an established client network, company-generated opportunities, and the operational support needed to focus on what matters most: advising clients, building meaningful relationships, and driving results.

• Consult with clients to understand their financial goals, retirement needs, and long-term objectives.

• Recommend appropriate annuity and retirement income solutions tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Manage company-provided leads and referrals from initial consultation through application and closing.

• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service, education, and consistent follow-up.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify additional opportunities within EIP's established client base.

• Maintain accurate client documentation and adhere to applicable industry regulations and compliance requirements.

• Meet and exceed individual performance goals while supporting the continued growth of the Wealth division.

• Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity License.

• FINRA Series licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, or 65) strongly preferred

• Proven experience in annuity sales, retirement planning, wealth management, or related financial services.

• Demonstrated success in consultative selling, relationship management, and closing high-value transactions.

• Strong knowledge of annuity products, retirement income strategies, and financial solutions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and explain complex products clearly.

• Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment.

• Strong professional ethics and a commitment to client-focused recommendations.
