Incentives:

** Base Salary: $56,000 - $69,000 annually.

Performance Incentives:

Earn up to an additional $60,000 annually.
Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.
Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates (Personal Lines or Property & Casualty).  * +

** Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience.  +

** Identify potential customer needs and recommend coverage solutions.  +
** Product Knowledge:
** Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities to assist potential customers.  +

Qualifications:

** Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience required; 3+ years preferred.  Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
High School Diploma or GED required;
College degree preferred.
