Project Assistant

We are looking for an efficient and dependable Project Assistant to support an upcoming contract assignment in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will help gather participant feedback by conducting structured conversations about product use, routines, and frequency of engagement. This position is well suited for someone who communicates comfortably with a wide range of people and brings a detail-oriented, approachable presence to in-person interactions.

Candidates should be available to complete three full days of on-site training before beginning project work.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and small-group interviews to collect detailed feedback on product usage patterns, habits, and frequency of use.
• Create a welcoming environment that encourages participants to share accurate and thoughtful responses during discussions.
• Follow established interview guides and project instructions to ensure information is gathered consistently and effectively.
• Record responses clearly and organize interview details so project data remains complete and usable.
• Attend and fully participate in all required on-site training sessions prior to the start of active project responsibilities.
• Represent the project team effectively during participant interactions while maintaining reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Support day-to-day project activities as needed to help sessions run smoothly and stay on schedule.
