Learn more:  As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. You will be visible throughout the site, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with team members. This post requires driving responsibilities as part of your daily duties.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within the logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the logistics and distribution environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support security-related protocols at the location. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
