Conducts site assessments to identify security risks and ensure compliance with security policies. Advises on security issues related to the physical environment and operational procedures. Educates patients, visitors, and staff on security procedures and promotes security awareness. Provides exceptional customer service to all individuals interacting with security personnel. Travels to various campuses to provide security support and assess security needs. Mentors security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge in security practices.

Coordinates inspections and investigations to address security concerns and incidents. Develops and implements security policies to ensure a safe environment. Establishes team goals and objectives to improve security operations. Supervises contract security services to ensure quality and compliance. Manages budgets and resources to maintain efficient security operations. Other duties as assigned.
