Martinez and Company, Inc. – Full‑time 3rd Shift (19:00‑07:00) – Pay $18.00–$21.00/hr.

Hillsborough & Manatee Counties, FL.

Employment Type:

Full‑time. Shift days:
Monday through Sunday. Shift times: 19:00‑07:00. Starting compensation $18–$21/hr. 27 hours of paid training at minimum wage to $18/hr final interview process: 4‑hour unpaid pre‑hire orientation.

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

• Florida Class “D” license from DOACS.
• TWIC credential.
• Proof of high school diploma, college degree, or state GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Minimum 1 year of security or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, overnights, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable, personal transportation to commute to job sites.
• 24/7 smartphone and computer with internet.
• Intermediate computer skills (email, web, MS Word, Adobe PDF).
• Independent work with minimal supervision.
• Strong English communication (reading/writing).
• Physical ability to walk up/downstairs in limited spaces, work in traffic control areas, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Professional appearance, clean uniform, adhere to grooming standards.
• Pass drug test and background investigation.
• Complete mandated training within deadlines.

• Florida Armed Class “G” security license and 28‑hour Armed Security Officer Course.
• Knowledge of maritime security enforcement guidelines (MTSA) and Hillsborough County laws.
• CPR and first aid certifications.
• Veteran, military, or law enforcement experience.
