Cool Today – Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical is hiring a Plumbing Project Lead to mentor plumbing apprentices and oversee projects that include water heater replacement and repair, fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, showers, toilets), drain cleaning and use of conventional sewer machines.

• Prepping cast iron systems with Picote mini and maxi
• Jetting lines
• Maintaining all equipment
• Performing thorough lining and coating processes
• Communicating professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers
• Conducting thorough inspections and providing accurate quotes for replacements or repairs

• Mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of plumbing (preferred but not required)
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Leak location and repair skills (a plus)
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills on the jobsite
• Results‑driven in a high‑energy environment
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on weather
