Alvarez Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking two experienced Commercial Plumbing Construction Foremen to lead crews on large-scale plumbing projects. This is a working foreman role—perfect for hands-on leaders who know their craft, lead by example, and deliver top-quality work while maintaining jobsite safety, schedules, and professionalism. You’ll be an essential leader in the field, guiding teams through complex installations and ensuring projects are done right.

• Lead and work alongside plumbing crews on commercial construction projects
• Plan, coordinate, and execute plumbing system installations per specs and code
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and construction schedules
• Establish daily work sequences and crew assignments to meet deadlines
• Monitor job progress, productivity, and craftsmanship
• Ensure safety compliance and uphold company policies on site
• Train and mentor crew members to support growth and maintain standards
• Coordinate with project managers, GCs, inspectors, and other trades
• Maintain jobsite documentation: time records, daily reports, safety logs
• Solve issues proactively regarding labor, materials, or scheduling
• Represent Alvarez Plumbing professionally on every project and with all stakeholders

• 10+ years of hands-on commercial plumbing experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Plumbing Foreman
• Deep knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and construction best practices
• Strong leadership and crew management skills with a “lead by example” mindset
• Ability to manage multiple crews or priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with both field and office teams
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass background check and drug screening
