Alvarez Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking two experienced Commercial Plumbing Construction Foremen to lead crews on large-scale plumbing projects. This is a working foreman role—perfect for hands‑on leaders who know their craft, lead by example, and deliver top‑quality work while maintaining jobsite safety, schedules, and professionalism. You’ll be an essential leader in the field, guiding teams through complex installations and ensuring projects are done right.

• Lead and work alongside plumbing crews on commercial construction projects
• Plan, coordinate, and execute plumbing system installations per specs and code
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and construction schedules
• Establish daily work sequences and crew assignments to meet deadlines
• Monitor job progress, productivity, and craftsmanship
• Ensure safety compliance and uphold company policies on site
• Train and mentor crew members to support growth and maintain standards
• Coordinate with project managers, GCs, inspectors, and other trades
• Maintain jobsite documentation: time records, daily reports, safety logs
• Solve issues proactively regarding labor, materials, or scheduling
• Represent Alvarez Plumbing professionally on every project and with all stakeholders

• 10+ years of hands‑on commercial plumbing experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Plumbing Foreman
• Deep knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and construction best practices
• Strong leadership and crew management skills with a “lead by example” mindset
• Ability to manage multiple crews or priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with both field and office teams
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass background check and drug screening
