ALL Crane Rental of Florida, LLC is seeking a certified Crane Operator that also has a CDL with crawler experience. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits. This position is eligible for a Candidate Sign-On Bonus of $300 payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.

The Crane Operator will safely operate heavy lift equipment, read lift plans and load charts, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role requires the ability to prepare documentation of actions taken and to perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to safely operate complex heavy lift equipment
• Must be able to read lift plans, load charts and operate a personal computer
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have an active Mobile Crane certification
• Must have an active Crawler Crane certification
• Must have a CDL with an acceptable driving record
• Experience in crane set-up and tear-down a definite plus
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery
• Able to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity
