EBS, a 4M Company, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Route Window Cleaner to join our team! This position involves cleaning commercial and residential buildings up to 3 stories high. • Clean windows on low-rise buildings (3 stories and below) using traditional and water-fed pole methods.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites.
• Use ladders and other approved equipment safely and effectively.
• Identify and report safety hazards or building concerns.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team leads.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safe transportation between jobs.

• Previous window cleaning experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on ladders and using extension poles.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
