Responsibilities

• Perform Service Calls: respond promptly to service requests; diagnose plumbing issues; repair or replace plumbing systems and components.
• Routine Maintenance: conduct preventive maintenance; inspect and test for leaks, corrosion; perform drain cleaning and sewer line inspections.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: use diagnostic tools; develop and implement timely solutions.
• Customer Interaction: communicate status to customers; provide recommendations and explain technical information.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain accurate records; complete service reports.
• Safety and Compliance: adhere to safety standards; dispose of materials per environmental guidelines.
• Continuous Learning: stay updated on industry advancements; participate in training.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Punctual, reliable, self‑motivated; ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency with computers and technology.
• Ability to troubleshoot simple to complex plumbing issues effectively.
• New construction experience helpful but not required.
• Experience with gas and tankless water heaters is a plus.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
