MY Shower Door is seeking coachable, mechanically inclined individuals ready to transform trade skills into a specialized craft. As a Glass Installation Technician, you won’t just install luxury frameless shower doors—you'll deliver the final, most important touch on high-end home renovations. Whether you have hands‑on experience in tile, carpentry, drywall, or you're a quick learner with mechanical aptitude, we provide expert training and mentorship to launch your career.

• Install custom frameless glass shower enclosures with precision and care
• Work in a two-person team to complete installations on-site
• Engage respectfully with customers to explain the installation and answer questions
• Use a variety of tools including drills, levels, suction cups, and measuring tapes
• Safely lift and maneuver glass panels (up to 100 lbs)
• Apply caulking and ensure watertight, seamless finishes
• Maintain a clean and protected work area in customer homes
• Follow company safety and quality standards on every job

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to add/subtract fractions and use a tape measure accurately
• Background in carpentry, tile, drywall, remodeling, plumbing, or general handyman work is a plus
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for long periods
• Team-oriented with pride in craftsmanship and detail
• Willing to follow directions, ask questions, and continuously improve
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner

• Experience in one or more trades: carpentry, tile, drywall, or plumbing
• Understanding of construction finishing or remodeling
• Familiarity with levels, caulking techniques, and power tools
• Previous experience working in residential job sites or customer‑facing roles

• Weekly pay with skill-based progression opportunities
• $18–$30/hour (skill-based pay program).

• Field-based, residential job sites across local markets
• Indoor, finished bathrooms in new or remodeled homes
• Pair-based work structure with frequent homeowner interaction

• Must be able to lift and carry glass panels weighing up to 100 lbs
• Regularly required to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and squat for extended periods
• Comfortable working in small, enclosed bathroom spaces

Monday – Friday [7:30 am – 4:30 pm, with extended availability and overtime available]
