About Us Temporary Wall Systems Tampa is a trusted provider of high-quality temporary containment solutions for commercial construction projects. We take pride in delivering clean, safe, and efficient temporary wall systems that meet the highest industry standards.

We are currently looking for a 1099 Service Technician to join our team on an as-needed basis. This role involves the installation and dismantling of temporary containment systems at job sites across the Tampa area.

• Load containment wall materials onto the truck, transport to job sites, and unload upon arrival.
• Install and dismantle temporary containment systems according to TWS procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure tools and equipment are properly cared for.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet job specifications and deadlines.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year in the construction industry (experience with containment systems preferred).
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Must be able to lift and handle heavy materials on a daily basis.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
• Transportation:
  Must have reliable, personal transportation to and from job sites.
• Compliance:
  Must complete a pre-job work-prep memo and comply with safety and uniform standards (work pants, safety vest, hard-toe boots, gloves, personal water; hard hat optional).

Important: 1099 Independent Contractor Position

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not a W-2 employee position.

As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and benefits.

Work is project-based and hours will vary depending on job schedules.

This role is best suited for individuals who value flexibility and are comfortable working on an as-needed basis.

Schedule Varies based on project needs. Day and night shifts required, including weekends and on-call availability.
