Job Description
SUMMARYThis position is responsible for providing world-class customer service while executing installation activities of HVAC systems and refrigeration (reach-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, etc) and other facility services (ventilation hoods, etc) and commercial food equipment and appliances (grills, ovens, fryers, etc), for our valued customers. This is a non-supervisory position and reports to the Installation Field Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate with Installation Field Manager to assure consistency in our service strategy and execution.
- Properly inspects the effectiveness of equipment being installed
- Prepares and performs installation of commercial kitchen in compliance with applicable codes and Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA)
- Provides elite customer service and professionally communicates to customers.
- Identifies problems and defects, collects data, establishes facts, and enters accurate information into tablet, and communicates effectively with dispatcher and customer.
- Follows safe work practices/accident prevention procedures using risk management
- Maintains a neat and orderly truck and performs part and tool inventories.
- Ability to work with little direct supervision with accuracy.
- Conduct yourself in accordance with the Company Code of Ethics Policy at all times.
- Other duties and activities as deemed necessary by leadership
- This position requires no duct work
- Must be safety conscious and implement risk management skills.
- Must perform well on a team.
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and holidays.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic understanding of electrical, HVAC, ice machines, and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong understanding equipment installation processes, methods, and codes.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and traditional commercial kitchen and
- Knowledge or experience of computer systems and tablets.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- May need EPA Certification (within first three (3) months of hire).
