North American Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor in the United States. We are seeking various Commercial Roofing positions with experience in commercial roofing, including Experienced Roofers, Journeyman Roofers, Apprentice Roofers, Roofing Mechanics, Apprentice, and Lead Roofing Mechanics in the Miami, Florida area.

Average pay rate for this position is $18-$22 / Hr.

• Basic knowledge of all low slope / high slope roof systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, flat roofs, BUR, Single Ply, and architectural metal systems
• 1-2 years of roofing-specific experience
• Commercial roofing experience preferred (5+ years)
• Heat welding experience highly recommended (1-3 years)
• Ability to work long hours in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• Ability to climb ladders and carry up to 80 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights
• Willing to travel

• Outdoor work in varied extreme weather conditions
• 100% local travel within the assigned area, with potential outside travel to assist other crews
• Repetitive bending, squatting, twisting, and stooping; infrequent lifting up to 120 pounds; frequent lifting up to 50 pounds; occasional heavy equipment operation
• Work in a fast-paced environment with precise production standards
• Repetitive hand and finger motions for roof installation
• Ability to manipulate keyboards, phones, and office equipment
• Talking and listening for communication with customers and staff
