Experienced A&P Mechanic – 2nd/6th Shift – Tampa, FL

Textron Aviation is hiring immediately for a full‑time A&P or AMT mechanic. This position offers up to a $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus
. The role is critical to our mission and located in Tampa, FL.

You will conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models. Your responsibilities may include:

• Perform a variety of mechanical duties involving diagnosis of malfunctions and required disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of various aircraft systems to prepare aircraft for flight and delivery to customers.
• Perform turbine engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and engine run‑ups.
• Maintain and document aircraft airframe, power plant, avionics, and other systems.

• High school education or GED required.
• A&P License, or partial license with the ability to obtain full license within 6 months.
• Experience as an A&P mechanic or mechanical repair of vehicles, or as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician with varied jet, turboprop, piston, modification, or aircraft‑flight maintenance.
