Track Hoe Operator - EXPERIENCED! role at Burgess Civil

Burgess Civil LLC is currently seeking a dependable and experienced Track Hoe Operator with a strong background working with a Pipe crew. Must have knowledge of construction and practical experience with tools. A good understanding of safety procedures, willingness to learn and be flexible. Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.

A field test is required and must pass a drug test.

• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Follow appropriate standard operating procedures as guidelines for operating and maintaining vehicle.
• Must have reliable transportation to get yourself to different jobsites.

• At least 2-3 years of experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• All positions require travel to different locations based on business needs.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds and ability to lift, carry, bend, crawl, squat, climb, kneel, push, pull, and crouch and able to stand for long period of time.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and on different terrain types.

Pay:
Compensation will be based on experience.
