• Coordinate daily service schedules for plumbing technicians with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Assign jobs based on skill, proximity, and workload
• Receive and dispatch service calls; retrieve and update customer records
• Adjust schedules and appointments throughout the day as needed
• Support field technicians with customer communication and job details
• Document all activities accurately in Service Titan and other company systems
• Monitor job progress, material availability, and reschedule follow‑ups
• Answer phones and route service requests with professionalism and urgency

• 3+ years of plumbing field experience or equivalent trade knowledge
• 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or operations coordination experience
• Proficiency in Service Titan is required
• Excellent knowledge of Tampa Bay area geography (Hillsborough & Pinellas Counties)
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor, team‑oriented mindset
• High School Diploma or GED required

Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM

Occasional on‑call or after‑hours shifts with incentive pay
