We are seeking a highly experienced Industrial HVAC Service Technician with at least 10 years of commercial service experience. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who enjoys working on a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, with a focus on service and repair.

The right candidate will be a chiller expert with a proven ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial/industrial HVAC equipment, including:
• Chillers (air-cooled & water-cooled)
• Cooling towers
• Pumps
• Rooftop package units
• Commercial split systems
• Refrigeration equipment
• Provide mentorship and share technical knowledge with junior technicians.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the IC Mechanical team.
• Occasionally perform small retrofit replacements (rare).
• Primarily work within the Tampa Bay area, with occasional short-term travel (expenses paid).

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong knowledge of chiller service, cooling towers, pumps, rooftop units, commercial split systems, and refrigeration systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
