Hourly Rate: $22hr

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Friday (Full Time)

Window/Door Installation Service Technicians provide superior field support to Renewal by Andersen Customers. Performing as a member of an installation and/or service team.

• Service and repair previously installed Renewal by Andersen products
• Analyzes customer situations, determine corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation as efficiently and cost effective as possible
• Install window and door replacements
• Inventory service stock area of warehouse
• Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors
• Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations
• Complete and submit required paperwork
• Portray a professional image and provide a high level of customer satisfaction

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 2yrs of Construction or Home Improvement Experience
• Prior Experience with Servicing and Repairing Previously Installed Windows
• Prior Experience with Conducting Technical Measures Required for Installation
• Renewal Window Installation Experience is Strongly Preferred
• Demonstrated ability to confidently handle confrontation/conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach
• Ability to maintain perspective under demanding conditions and ability to lift at least 75lbs
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills; strong listening and empathy skills; organization skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levels
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screening
  
  Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
