This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tampa, FL, for an Architectural Exterior Cladding Installer. The role involves performing precision installation and finishing of exterior siding, including measuring, cutting, and securing materials. You will work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with building codes.

• Conduct site planning and inspections, and review technical compliance with project specs
• Measure, cut, and install complex high-end architectural exterior siding envelope systems including metal, composite, fiber cement, stone, and rainscreens
• Measure, cut, and install aluminum and steel framing
• Coordinate installation methods with project architect and foreman
• Coordinate the organization of tools, materials, and labor with overseers
• Use precision tools, power tools, and hand tools
• Interpret technical drawings, elevations, and blueprints
• Consider application standards such as fastener size/type, weatherproofing, vapor barriers, and specialty finishes
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety procedures
• Cooperate with other on-site contractors, laborers, overseers, and off-site administrators
• May supervise general laborers and assist in site layout

• Experience with exterior cladding installation, including knowledge of various siding materials and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and installation guidelines
• Proficiency in using construction tools, equipment, and machinery commonly used in cladding installation
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Understanding of safety protocols and building code compliance
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in outdoor environments
• Prior experience in the construction industry strongly preferred but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction or siding installation are a plus
