As a Foundation Repair Technician, you will support commercial and residential foundation repair projects, soil stabilization, and concrete lifting & leveling. Career advancement is available.

• Perform general construction work using hand tools and lifting materials as directed.
• Handle crawlspace work, outside drilling, pile drilling, machinery operation, and concrete work.
• Understand project schedules, assume additional responsibilities, and work overtime hours as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to exceed client expectations and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain equipment daily to ensure proper and safe operation.
• Align work with Helicon's culture and strategic goals:
  Stay True, Communicate Clearly, Forecast Needs + Outperform.
• Work with the team on mutually agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs).

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of construction general labor and/or outdoor work experience for long hours.
• Reliable transportation, valid FL driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to be coached, mentored, and collaborate within a team environment.

• Varies; requires flexible schedule, occasional weekends and holidays.
• Local day travel required.
• Position requires regular overtime.
• Occasional week‑long projects out of town (stipend provided).

• Work near or with moving mechanical parts – Frequent.
• Outdoor weather conditions – Frequent.
• Moderate‑loud noise.
• Must be able to lift/carry/push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Must hear equipment operation, alarms, traffic, telephones.
• Ability to see clearly at 20 inches/50 centimeters or less and at 20 feet/6 meters or more.

16–19 Hourly Wage.
