Structures Mechanic

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Licensed Structures Mechanics with experience performing body and structural repairs on commercial aircraft for an opportunity in Tampa, FL.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Structures Mechanics will fabricate, repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft parts and structures on commercial aircraft in compliance with policies, manuals, procedures, and requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 24 months of relevant experience on commercial aircraft such as 737, A319/320/321, and 767
• A&P License required
• Must have the minimum tools as required
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors
• Willing to work any shift
• Valid driver's license
• Willing to work overtime as requested
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Ability to work any shifts, including weekends, as part of a 24/7 operation
• Ability to pass a 10-year federal background check for SIDA badge issuance, ensuring no disqualifying offenses on the TSA list
• No recent failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests in the last 2 years; licensed candidates should have a clear license in good standing
• For structures positions, passing a skills test including written and practical exams is required; failure results in termination
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, as required by FAA standards
