SPC TPA - Tampa, FL 33612. Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly. Job Category:
Construction. Now hiring experienced waterproofing and restoration technicians for commercial projects throughout the Tampa Bay area, Bradenton and Sarasota.
- Commercial waterproofing installation and repairs
- Concrete restoration and crack repair
- Sealants, coatings, and expansion joints
- Surface prep and demolition
- Work safely and efficiently on active job sites
- Waterproofing or commercial restoration experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
