Earn your OSHA 10 within your first 90 days . - Level 2 — Rigger 1–3 years of rigging experience. Select and inspect rigging, signal lifts and work independently on standard jobs.
NCCCO Rigger I and/or Signal person certification. - Level 3 — Senior Rigger 3–6 years of rigging and machinery-moving experience. Run machinery moves with gantries, hydraulic jacks and skates, help build lift plans, and train Level 1 and 2 riggers.
NCCCO Rigger II and Signal person certification. - Level 4 — Lead Rigger / Rigging Lead 6+ years of rigging experience. Serve as our subject‑matter expert, plan critical and multi‑crane lifts, and run the crew and the job site.
