• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000 - $115,000 per year ($7,000 - $10,000+ monthly potential) no cap on earning potential.
• Commission & Residual Structure: Tiered spiffs, 5% - 10% commission on service-generated sales (repairs, IAQ solutions, club memberships, and unit replacement lead turnovers), plus perpetual residual membership payouts.

• Perform thorough, high-quality preventive maintenance inspections, system tune-ups, and service work on residential HVAC systems (3-4 calls per day).
• Identify aging components, system deficiencies, and efficiency opportunities to present clear repair, IAQ, and upgrade options to homeowners.
• Educate customers on system health, repair vs. replacement scenarios, and Club Memberships while generating high-quality unit replacement leads for our installation team.
• Communicate technical findings clearly in plain language without resorting to high-pressure sales tactics.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation of diagnostic findings, customer recommendations, and invoicing on Service Titan for every dispatch.
• Manage inventory, maintain tool safety, keep a clean, fully-stocked service truck, and operate company vehicles safely.
