Electrical Construction Laborer

Slack Electrical is seeking a dependable Electrical Construction Laborer to support our crews on projects throughout Southwest Florida. This hands-on position assists with electrical, traffic signal, and roadway lighting installations. The ideal candidate is willing to learn, follows directions, and takes pride in working safely and contributing to the team.

• Assist electricians and field crews with electrical construction and installation work.
• Help install conduit, pull wire and cable, and set equipment under crew supervision.
• Assist with digging, trenching, back filling, and site restoration.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
• Use hand and power tools safely as directed.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Follow company safety procedures and job-site traffic control requirements.
• Travel between job sites throughout Southwest Florida.

• Previous construction or laborer experience preferred; electrical experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying materials, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to assigned job sites.
