Level Foundation Repair is a locally owned, growing foundation repair company serving the Tampa Bay area. We specialize in residential foundation repair, structural stabilization, pier-and-beam repair, crawlspace solutions, and waterproofing.

We're expanding our field operations and looking for an experienced Crew Lead / Foreman who can lead a team, take ownership of projects, and help us build a strong foundation for future growth.

• Lead and supervise a crew of 3–4 technicians on residential foundation repair and crawlspace projects.
• Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Perform and oversee hands-on foundation repair, pier installation, structural lifting, and crawlspace work.
• Drive company trucks and safely tow equipment trailers to job sites.
• Follow installation plans, company procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage job-site setup, cleanup, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Document job progress with photos, checklists, and daily updates.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and company management.
• Train and mentor technicians as the company expands.

• Experience leading construction or installation crews.
• Background in foundation repair, concrete, excavation, structural repair, or related trades.
• Foundation pier installation, crawlspace repair, or structural lifting experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors and in crawlspaces.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience driving work trucks and towing trailers.
• Reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must pass applicable background and driving record checks.

• Pay: $28–$35/hour depending on experience (subject to confirmation).
• Employment: Full-time, W-2.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically starting at 7:30–8:00 AM and ending around 4:00–5:00 PM, depending on project requirements.
• Location: Residential job sites throughout Tampa Bay.
