Position: ANCILLARY MANAGER- Kitchen Manager

✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Ancillary/Kitchen Manager at Tampa Bay Girl's Academy in Tampa, Florida.

Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk females' youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

Pay: Starting at $40k annually.

What you will do: As a Ancillary/Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality customer and employee services in the dining hall.

To be considered you should: Possess a High School Diploma or GED, Minimum of one year experience supervising other employees and four-year experience in the Kitchen industry.

Schedule: Our Kitchen Managers work a Monday-Friday schedule, unless providing coverage for Cooks when necessary.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years Kitchen experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience supervising employees.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
