Compensation: $46,400 Annually

What you will do: As a Transitional Services Coordinator
, you will supervise a caseload of approximately 14-24 students. You will assist with facilitating court hearings, Probation Officer visits, student visits and/or home passes, and meetings with students to review progress. One of your primary responsibilities will be serving as the program liaison between students, parents/legal guardians, and placing agency officials. You will provide monthly progress notes and weekly student updates, coordinate activities with other program staff, and participate in assessments and treatment plans.

This position reports to the Director of Student Services.

To Be Considered You Should:

• Have a bachelor's degree or better.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical, and TB Test.

Schedule: 5 days a week to include a weekend day (Current schedule Sunday-Thursday).
