What You Will Be Doing- Manage the complete parent lifecycle—from inquiry to sustained engagement—at one campus.
- Deliver persuasive information sessions and individualized discussions that transform interested parents into active advocates.
- Act as the central parent liaison—addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring every family is acknowledged and supported after enrollment.
- Establish visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site engagement, local partnerships, and intentional outreach.
- Mobilize parent advocates to drive referrals and expand community influence.
- Rely on pre‑written sales scripts or transactional messaging.
- Delegate relationship‑building responsibilities to campus staff or remain in a passive capacity.
- Allow structured parent groups to undermine Alpha’s educational philosophy.
- Operate primarily from a desk—deep involvement in the parent journey and local community is required.
Lead enrollment and retention at your campus by cultivating high‑trust parent relationships from initial engagement through sustained satisfaction and advocacy.
Basic Requirements- Currently reside within commuting distance of one of the campuses or be willing to relocate to the listed locations.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
- Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.
This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week), long‑term, requiring entry into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $100 USD/hour, equating to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly.
