Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Product Management and Development teams to design and deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges.
* Take full ownership of feature implementation, from initial design and development through deployment, production support, and ongoing maintenance.
* Rapidly analyze and deconstruct complex issues to identify clear, actionable solutions while navigating both knowns and unknowns.
* Demonstrate a strong passion for mentoring and supporting engineers at every stage of their career.
* Establish, promote, and coach others on coding best practices and development standards.
