• Technical Leadership: Guide development teams, ensure adherence to coding standards, mentor junior developers.
• Architecture & Design: Contribute to designing scalable, maintainable, and secure Java‑based applications.
• Development: Hands‑on coding using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Integration: Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third‑party systems.
• Dev Ops & CI/CD: Implement pipelines using Jenkins, Git Lab, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Performance & Reliability: Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, ensure high availability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA, and cross‑functional teams.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.

Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
