Senior AI Fullstack Developer

We are a dynamic global collaborative team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers passionate about using technology (especially generative AI) to solve complex challenges.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Fullstack Developer to drive the end‑to‑end design, development, and deployment of next‑generation AI‑driven tax technology solutions. In this role, you will leverage the latest Gen AI tools and agentic development techniques to build smarter, faster systems. You will work on a variety of challenging projects – from enhancing our core platform’s infrastructure to implementing new features using AI agents – while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

This position offers an opportunity to redefine how software is built by integrating AI assistants and multi‑agent workflows into the development process.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of our next‑generation AI‑powered tax technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain the core infrastructure for our AI models and applications.
• Leverage AI‑enabled development tools like Git Hub Copilot and MCP’s to boost productivity and quality through coding assistance, automated refactoring, and multi‑agent coding frameworks to handle tasks with minimal human intervention.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features using agentic development techniques.
• Mentor junior developers and build a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, encouraging the use of AI tools, teaching prompt engineering best practices, and reviewing AI‑generated code for quality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest trends and technologies in AI and fullstack development by keeping current with new AI frameworks, agent platforms, CLI toolkits, and industry best practices.
• Drive thought leadership by bringing forward ideas to continuously improve our team’s processes and technical capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, with a focus on AI‑powered applications.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and Python.
• Experience with best practices including Agile, DDD, microservices, CQRS, CLEAN, and SOLID.
• Experience with front‑end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with the Azure and M365 cloud platforms.
• Experience with AI enabled development tools and agents such as Git Hub Copilot.
• Experience defining, tuning, and guiding AI agents through context engineering.
• Experience using test‑driven and spec‑driven development practices with tools such as unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

• Fluency when communicating with business stakeholders and senior technical leadership.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience using natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs).
• Experience building scalable, production‑grade systems using and integrating with AI.
