• HP Nonstop Tandem COBOL, TAL, C, TACL, Screen COBOL
• HP Nonstop databases:
  Enscribe, SQL/MX, SQL/MP
• Experience in Banking and Payments Domain is preferred
• Experience in Oracle Golden Gate is preferred

• Developing HP Nonstop Tandem systems in a hands‑on technical lead role
• Regularly provide technical guidance and direction to support the business and the technical teams
• Develop secure and high‑quality production code, and review and debug the code written by others
• Drive the collection, clarification, and documentation of business and data flow requirements, aligning technical design with stakeholder objectives
• Provide strategic and technical direction by staying current with emerging tools, industry standards, and innovative practices in data engineering

• Formal training or certification on HP Nonstop Tandem engineering concepts with 5 years of practical experience
• Hands‑on Tandem systems development using tools and languages including TAL, TACL, Tandem COBOL, Tandem C, Enscribe, SQL/MX, SQL/MP, Enform, Tandem Pathway, Tandem Messaging System, FUP, BATCHCOM, tokenization and encryption
• Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging modern software tools, platforms, and technologies to create innovative solutions
