Our Client one of the leading Bank is looking to hire for the following role.

Senior Test Engineer

Tampa FL ( 3 days hybrid)

This is a W2 / IC role and not open to 3rd party contracting.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium Web Driver with Java/Python and TestNG/JUnit.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies, create automated test cases, and ensure high test coverage.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and execute regression, smoke, and cross-browser testing.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and drive resolution through effective defect tracking.
• Mentor junior testers and enforce best practices in automation, code quality, and testing standards.
