Key Responsibilities:
Java based software development - J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot Work on sprint team in agile, rapid development and deployment environment
Develop understanding of client business processes, objectives, and solution requirements
Develop understanding of application processes, coding standards, and performance standards
Help with solution design
Analyze and convert business requirements to technical requirements
Code per development, performance, and secure coding standards; resolve defects identified in testing and code reviews
Learn existing and new processes and technologies
Support production application - investigate and resolve production inquiries and issues
Requirements:
What were looking for is someone who is willing to learn and open to new ideas. This position focuses on designing and developing solutions for new and existing projects. A candidate can be successful in this position if they exhibit:
Passion for the work they do8+ years of Java development experience2+ years of Spring Boot experience2+ years of Angular experience
Ability to solve complex problems without assistance
Aptitude in mentoring junior team membersA personality and work style that fits with an agile mindset and culture
Desire and willingness to work on new skills and technologies
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Must reside within driving distance of Tampa and be able to attend in-person meetings on request.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no subcontracts or visa sponsorship)
Preferred:
JavaScript or Type Script experience helpful but not required
