- Proficiency in Origami Policy and Claims Systems development.
- Origami Lead Developer to develop and modify applications with leading a team of developers.
- Lead customer discussion with respect to base functionality and Customization
- Collaborate with system architects, vendors, and business partners.
- Train and mentor other staff members
- Design program logic to meet specifications and to adhere to development and architecture standards.
- Strong knowledge of origami techniques and principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in Client interactions
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Define and communicate the technical vision and strategy for projects.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and their alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the technical aspects of project delivery, including coding, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and support the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with system architects, vendors, and business partners to integrate Origami Risk with other enterprise systems.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and improvements for deployed Origami Risk solutions.
