Machine Learning Engineer

NextPathAI is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer for a 3-month contract in Tampa, FL (onsite). In this role, you will research, build, deploy, and monitor machine learning solutions while partnering with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to deliver actionable insights, predictions, and recommendations. This contract opportunity is designed for engineers who want hands‑on ownership across the machine learning lifecycle, from pipeline development to production performance.

Compensation: USD 55–65 per hour

• Research, develop, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models using frameworks such as Tensor Flow
  , Py Torch , or Scikit-learn
  .
• Build end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines, including data collection

  , and evaluation
  .
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments, focusing on scalability
  , reliability
  , and performance
  .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into machine learning solutions.
• Communicate and present project results and implications to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience applying machine learning to real‑world use cases such as natural language processing
