Schedule: Saturday Mornings, 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Pay:

• Training Pay: $15–$17/hour
• Starting Rate: $21/hour and $28/hr within the first 3 seasons
• Opportunities for Quick Advancement: more availability = more hours = quicker advancement = more income

We’re expanding our team and looking for Saturday morning coaches to run our energetic, high-impact sessions with children ages 2–8.

• Saturday mornings (required): 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• Locations: South Tampa, Riverview, and Citrus Park
• Flexible weekday opportunities available
• Set weekly schedule — we ask for full commitment to the kids on your teams

• Coach 30–45 minute soccer sessions using our proven curriculum
• Build confidence, coordination, and smiles in every child you coach
• Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every session
• Communicate clearly with parents, preschool staff, and our Director of Coaching
• Track attendance and session feedback

  Engaging: Able to connect with 2–8 year olds at their level

  Soccer‑Savvy: Playing/coaching experience is a plus, but not required

  Experienced with Children: You’ve worked with young children before and understand how to manage a group or willing to learn

  Clear to Work: Must pass a Background Check and Child Abuse Clearance
