Swim Instructor Lead

• Learning and teaching British Swim School swimming techniques with an emphasis on survival skills;
• Using your training to teach these techniques to all new swim instructors that join our program;
• Observing classes and coaching other instructors to ensure proper safety protocols and swim techniques are being followed to British Swim School brand standards;
• Speaking to parents/customers about their children’s progress.

• You need to be a swimmer. Ideally, you have an understanding of all four strokes and an overall appreciation for the water.
• You’ve got to love working with children and seeing them progress.
• You need to be upbeat and ready to enjoy having fun ing fun is mandatory!
• This is a year-round position, and we are looking for longer‑term employees. This is not a summer job.
• Fluent Spanish, competitive swim team background, and lifeguard certification are preferred but not required.

Our pool is located in the Esporta Fitness on West Hillsborough. We only accept local applicants. Please only apply if your daily drive time is less than 45 minutes one way.

This is a part‑time position of approximately 15 hours per week. Our regular hours of operation are Mon through Thursday from 4 to 7 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
