At Yoga Six New Tampa, we’re more than a yoga studio, we’re a strong community of professionals, students and overall wonderful people. We’re looking for passionate, high-energy instructors to take on the growing demand for Sculpt & Flow classes: a powerful blend of strength training, cardio bursts, and mindful yoga flow. If you thrive on music, sweat, and motivation, this is your chance to change lives while doing what you love.

As a Sculpt & Flow Instructor, you’ll create a challenging, fun and empowering class experience that leaves your class attendees feeling stronger in body and mind. We hope you’ll bring energy, creativity, and an engaging presence to every class while fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for yogis of all levels.

• Deliver high-energy, music-driven classes that combine strength, cardio, resilience and yoga.
• Motivate, inspire, and connect with students. Guide them to push past their limits while keeping it fun, and most of all, safe and welcoming.
• Provide clear, concise, and encouraging verbal and visual cues to support attendees at all levels of personal fitness and capability.
• Embody the Yoga Six culture: positive, inclusive, community-focused, and professional.
• Maintain studio standards with punctuality, reliability, and class preparation.
• Build authentic connections with members to encourage retention and studio growth.

• Group fitness certification with some yoga experience is preferred.
• Prior experience teaching fitness or yoga group classes.
• Confident, dynamic, and energetic personality with a love for movement, lights and music.
• Punctual and reliable with strong communication and teaching skills.
• Passion for empowering others and building community.
