The Logistics Planning Analyst provides support in developing, updating, and executing logistics plans to ensure sustainment of MARCENT forces across the AOR. This role develops logistics support plans covering deployment, sustainment, and redeployment activities, coordinates with joint and coalition partners, and analyzes logistics requirements to identify resource gaps. The analyst prepares logistics annexes and appendices to operational plans, ensuring compliance with MARCENT and CENTCOM policies.
With 5–7 years of experience in military logistics planning and expertise with strategic and operational-level Geographic Combatant Command logistics processes, policies, and procedures, the analyst leverages knowledge of ACCM and ACL logistics planning in support of SAP and SCI programs. By integrating logistics requirements into operational planning, the Logistics Planning Analyst ensures MARCENT forces maintain readiness and sustainment throughout the deployment lifecycle.

- Develop logistics support plans covering deployment, sustainment, and redeployment activities.
- Coordinate with joint and coalition partners for logistics planning.
- Analyze logistics requirements and identify resource gaps.
- Prepare logistics annexes and appendices to operational plans.
- Apply expertise with Geographic Combatant Command logistics planning processes, policies, and procedures.
- Leverage ACCM and ACL logistics planning experience to support SAP and SCI programs.
- Support MARCENT leadership in forecasting logistics requirements for future operations.
- Assist in developing SOPs for logistics planning and execution.
- Contribute to lessons learned processes following deployments or exercises.
- Maintain compliance with MARCENT administrative procedures and reporting requirements.
- Ensure logistics planning documentation is archived according to records management standards.

Education, Experience, & Qualifications- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - 7-10 years of experience in logistics planning.
- Expertise in strategic and operational-level Geographic Combatant Command logistics planning processes, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with ACCM and ACL logistics planning in support of SAP and SCI programs.
- TS/SCI clearance required.
- Ability to integrate logistics requirements into operational plans.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills to identify logistics resource gaps.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and logistics information systems.
- Collaboration skills for coordinating logistics with joint and coalition partners.
Primary workplace is MARCENT Headquarters, Mac Dill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida.
Office environment within a joint military/civilian/contractor staff. May include participation in logistics planning conferences and exercises.
Physical DemandsPrimarily sedentary office work with extensive computer use. May involve travel to support logistics planning events.
Work ScheduleFull-time, 40 hours per week. Monday–Friday, 0800–1600. May require flexibility during major planning efforts.
License and Other Requirements- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.

Security ClearanceTS/SCI clearance required.
TravelMay include CONUS and OCONUS travel to support logistics planning conferences and operational requirements.
