• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks, greasing equipment, operating it safely and efficiently, and participating in daily light routine maintenance.
• Ensure equipment is securely stored and cleaned at the end of shift.

• Report to work on time, take breaks only during allocated periods, and remain until the end of the designated shift.

• Ability to operate GPS finish dozer on slopes and subgrade to support high‑production excavation and embankment.
• Minimum 2 years of operating experience.
• Demonstrated safe and proficient operation of equipment in a variety of work environments.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license meeting state requirements (CDL preferred but not required).
• Compliance with federal law regarding identity and employment eligibility verification.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen, motor‑vehicle records check, and criminal background check.
• Physical demands: sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, twist, reach, bend, lift minimum 45 lbs, carry, push, pull, hand dexterity, vision, hearing, speaking.

Work outside on a construction or roadway site, exposed to heat, noise, vibration, and varying weather. Schedule may include day, night, and weekend work.
